Visualisation is a powerful tool to bring to your entrepreneurial, creative and life tool-kit.

By visualising the future through images and writing, we bring out the wishes, patterns, triggers and motivations that are guiding our decision-making and often lay hidden in the depth of our complex minds. A vision board can bring stunning clarity and insight no matter what subject you are working with. Vision boards can be used to clarify the future for a business idea, seek guidance for a project or provide framework on priorities for our next phase in life.

Olympic athletes have been using this technique for decades, while psychologists report that visualisation activates the same brain patterns as when we actually do the work of attaining those wishes. By visualising the future, you help increase the chances of making it a reality.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You would like to learn new tools to move your business or life forward
  • You are uncertain about the next steps and would like to receive some guidance
  • You are fascinated about learning more about yourself and uncovering new insights
  • You are stuck with a project, business or life-situation and want to do something about it
  • You want to meet new people!

Join Sasha in this practical workshop to give your business or life clarity and guidance.

This is the 4th time Sasha is running an event during the Global Entrepreneurship Week having previously hosted workshops including Mumpreneurs, Small Business Essentials and Women in Business.

Optional to bring along:

  • Magazines or other print media that you regularly read or find inspiring.
  • Printed images that you’ve found inspiring browsing online.

Testimonials:

“Sasha is one of those rare people who have the ability to draw out ideas from people. She has a wonderful clarity of thinking and the ability to spot the thing that matters most. Her passion for business and enterprise is infectious and she is particularly inspiring for women who either want to strike out on their own or make big changes in how their lives are ordered. She is a force for change and a breath of fresh air.” – Nicole Culverwell, Co-owner Black Vanilla Media and PR

“The Womenpreneurs event was different to any I’d been involved with previously.  It ticked all the boxes of being inspiring, thought-provoking, informative and unique. Very refreshing and reassuring to hear people talk openly about where they are in their entrepreneur journey, and how they came to be there.” – Gemma Haggarty, Bridge Digital
