Dr. Monica Seeley – Taking Control of Your Inbox

During the session Dr. Seeley will show you how to save up to 45minutes a day dealing with email by:

  • Reducing the number of emails you really need to handle.
  • Not being distracted by every new email yet still seeing those from key contacts (client/the boss etc).
  • Curtailing the endless rounds of email Ping-Pong.
  • Using alternative communications channels instead of email.
  • Sending emails which attract the recipient’s attention without appearing pushy.
  • Managing a shared inbox more efficiently (e.g. the boss).
  • Using hidden features of Outlook.

After the session Monica will be signing her latest book ‘Taking Control of Your Inbox’ written especially for PAs, EAs and VAs and published by Executive Secretary Magazine.
