Jo Brown from DignityWorks will be taking us through a risk based approach to identify key prevention and intervention strategies to create and maintain a culture of dignity and respect at work

We will be exploring some of the common reasons why people don’t speak out, along with practical advice and simple tools you can put in place to reduce fear and stress and enable situations to be managed at the earliest opportunity resulting in a more expeditious resolution.

Jo will also be sharing a specific coaching strategy for leadership, underpinned by the results and rationale behind how and why it provides demonstrable change within 3-4 sessions.

DignityWorks are UK based practitioners aiming to empower individuals and organisations to deal with bullying at work and to transform culture with dignity. They are one of the leading practitioners in the effective prevention, intervention and resolution of bullying and harassment at work and comprise a specialist team with an extensive range of skills and many years’ experience.

Jo has advised, coached or supported hundreds of UK cases and has provided training at all levels in the private, public and third sectors, as well as writing extensively on this topic.
