Jo Cottell, Manager of Guernsey Mind’s Employee Wellbeing Service will speak about why positive mental wellbeing is good for us and for business, and give a general introduction to mental health including how to recognise symptoms in ourselves and others. She will also provide some practical tools and guidance for looking after our wellbeing at work and where to get help in Guernsey.

PLEASE BRING YOUR LUNCH WITH YOU. We shall provide snacks and nibbles 🙂
