AO Hall Training Seminar - Paying for your mistakes: How to handle poor performance at work
We are delighted to announce that the Guernsey Chamber of Commerce in association with AO Hall Advocates will be holding an innovative Training Seminar on Tuesday 16 February.
“Paying for your mistakes” will bring to life the problems that you can face in dealing with an employee’s poor performance at work.
The “actors”, Partner Elaine Gray and Associate Stephen Ozanne, will role play a meeting at which an employee is given a warning about his poor performance. The purpose of the role play is to highlight a number of misconceptions which employers have about implementing a fair disciplinary procedure. You will be able to participate in the meeting through interactive discussion led by AO Hall’s Head of Employment, Louise Hall.
AO Hall is known for providing employment law training that really works and is enjoyable too.Handouts will supplement the training so that you can apply what you learn with confidence straightaway.
If time allows, the Seminar will conclude with a general question and answer session.
We are grateful to AO Hall for agreeing to sponsor this event and look forward to welcoming you to the Seminar which is free of charge to members.Details are as follows:-
