An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of The Guernsey Chamber of Commerce will take place at 9.30am on Wednesday 7th December 2022, in-person and online.
The EGM agenda will address the proposed membership fees from 1 January 2023.
We are aware of the pressures on everyone’s income at the moment are, therefore, doing all we can to keep membership fees as low as possible.
As a not-for-profit we rely solely on membership fees and sponsorship to fund the events programme, member support and development of the Chamber. Increased running costs have resulted in a proposed membership fee increase of around 5% at this year’s EGM. The increases would take effect from 1 January 2023.
We hope that all our members will understand the need to raise fees by this amount and still consider the Chamber of Commerce to be good value.
