Guernsey Harbours is the authority responsible for the administration and operation of the ports of St. Peter Port and St. Sampsons, and has additional responsibilities including search and rescue coordination, licensing and control of commercial vessels in local waters and acts as the Guernsey Registrar of British Ships.
